Delta Smiles is an orthodontic specialty practice at 2390 Country Hills Dr, Ste 101 in Antioch. Dr. Brent Sexton and Dr. Tiffany Louie treat children, teens and adults with braces, clear aligners and early growth guidance. Your first exam is complimentary, and you don’t need a referral from your dentist to book it.
Our Antioch office sits in the Country Hills neighborhood, a few blocks off Lone Tree Way. Jack London Elementary is on the same street. Deer Valley High School is about half a mile away. If your kids go to school in this part of town, you already drive past us. That matters more than it sounds, because orthodontic treatment runs a year or two and involves a lot of short visits. Being close to home and school is the difference between appointments that fit your week and appointments that eat it.
Families in Antioch are also the reason we keep our payment plans as flexible as they are. Straight teeth shouldn’t depend on a good month financially, and we’ve built the financial side of this practice around that idea.
From Highway 4, take the Lone Tree Way exit and head south. Country Hills Drive branches off between Deer Valley Road and Hillcrest Avenue, past Slatten Ranch. Coming from Pittsburg or Bay Point, the drive is about 17 to 20 minutes on Highway 4. We’re also the closer office for families coming from Clayton, Concord and Pleasant Hill. From Brentwood, use the Highway 4 Bypass; if that’s your side of the county, our Brentwood office is closer.
Dr. Brent Sexton earned his dental degree, orthodontic certificate and master’s in dentistry at Indiana University after a bachelor’s from Ball State and a master’s from Purdue. He owns this practice and treats patients at both of its offices. Read his bio.
Dr. Tiffany Louie is a Bay Area native who trained at UCLA and UCSF, where she completed her orthodontic certificate and a master’s in orofacial sciences. Read her bio.
Both doctors see patients at this office, and the doctor you start with is the doctor you’ll see.
The two questions we hear first are what treatment costs and whether insurance covers it. Here’s the honest version.
Cost depends on how far the teeth have to move, how long that takes, and which appliance does the job. A teen who needs mild rotation corrected and a teen who needs a bite rebuilt are not the same case, so a single advertised number would be misleading for one of them. We give you the full figure at the free exam, before you commit to anything.
We’re in network with Delta Dental, and we file with most other plans that carry orthodontic benefits. Our financial coordinator checks your coverage and tells you what’s left over. On the balance, we offer no-interest in-house payment plans, $0 down for many families, flexible monthly payments and CareCredit for longer terms. See insurance and financing or what determines the cost of treatment.

Families seeking orthodontic care in Antioch often look for experienced providers, modern treatment options, and flexible financing. Below are answers to some frequently asked questions about orthodontic treatment and patient care.
You can come straight to us. No referral is needed, and your first exam here is free. Many of our patients are referred by their family dentist, and we’re glad to work alongside yours, but a referral has never been a requirement.
Jack London Elementary is on our street. Deer Valley High School is about 0.62 miles away, and Hilltop Christian is closer still. Black Diamond Middle and the Dallas Ranch neighborhood are both a short drive.
Both. Roughly a quarter of Antioch’s residents are under 18 and teens make up much of our schedule, but adult treatment is a real part of the practice. Clear aligners are the usual starting point for adults who don’t want visible braces.
Yes. It’s one practice with two offices and one set of records. Families split appointments between the two locations all the time, usually to match school pickup.
Most patients visit every four to eight weeks during treatment. Aligner patients often come less. We schedule after-school slots for students and try to keep siblings back to back.
Call (925) 754-3197 or request an appointment online. The first visit takes about an hour: an exam, records, a straight answer about whether treatment is needed, and the full cost. There’s no charge and no pressure to start that day.
