Delta Smiles treats Concord patients from our Antioch office at 2390 Country Hills Dr, Ste 101, about 25 minutes east on Highway 4. Orthodontics is all we do: two doctors, a complimentary first exam, and no referral needed to book it.
We don’t have an office in Concord, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Concord has orthodontic practices of its own, and for a straightforward case a local one may well be the sensible choice. What brings Concord patients to us is usually one of three things: they already work or have family out east, they want a second opinion from a two-doctor practice, or a complicated case has them looking further than the nearest option.
The direct route is Highway 4 east through Pittsburg and Antioch, exiting at Lone Tree Way and heading south. Country Hills Drive is between Deer Valley Road and Hillcrest Avenue. That’s around 17.8 miles and 25 minutes outside peak traffic.
From the southern side of Concord, Kirker Pass Road over to Pittsburg and then east on Highway 4 is often quicker in the afternoon.

Patients from Concord frequently ask these questions before starting orthodontic treatment.
Our Antioch office, about 17.8 miles and 25 minutes east on Highway 4, or via Kirker Pass Road from the southern side of the city. Our Brentwood office is further at roughly 31 minutes, so Antioch is the one to call.
No. Both of our offices are in East County, in Antioch and Brentwood. We treat Concord patients at the Antioch office and we’d rather be clear about that before you book than after.
Yes. We see patients from across the district, and we hold after-school appointment slots for students. Tell us when you book if you need a specific window.
Antioch, almost certainly, if your commute already runs along Highway 4. Several of our Concord-area patients book appointments around the working day instead of around home, which folds the 25-minute drive into a trip they were already making.
Call (925) 754-3197 or request an appointment. The visit takes about an hour and includes an exam, records, our recommendation and the full cost. Nothing is owed, and there’s no pressure to start.
