I was told by my son's dentist that he needed to get his teeth done with overbiting and overcrowded teeth. I was looking which one's under our insurance and stumble on to Delta Smiles. First evaluation, staff are friendly, and very thorough with what is going on with my son's teeth problem. "Eddy" is one of the friendly staff that we met and handled my son, and made my son really comfortable and not be scared and nervous with having his braces and changing braces. The thing about this Dental office is they give you points every visits which you can use to get gift cards which is really great. A lot of things to do if you download their app as well. My son have made a great improvement in regards with widening his jaw and his teeth is slowly becoming not overcrowded and crooked. Will update the review once we are done with our treatment .

I had a really great experience with this office. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and very professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I especially want to thank Eddy, who placed my Invisalign. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and professional. He took the time to answer every question I had about the treatment and made sure I understood everything before we started. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how much he cared about making me feel confident and comfortable. I also want to thank Dr. Brent Sexton for creating my Invisalign treatment plan. He explained everything clearly and offers excellent financing options that make Invisalign much more affordable for people who want to improve their smile. I'm very happy with my experience so far and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring, professional team for their dental or Invisalign treatment.

My kids just started their expanders at Delta Smile, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Every single person in this office is so kind, patient, and welcoming. Erica, who helped us during our first consultation, was incredibly friendly and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. Eddie, who took the scans and placed the expanders, was amazing — gentle, professional, and so good with my kids. Dr. Sexton was wonderful as well, explaining everything clearly and making sure my kids felt confident and calm. I also really appreciate the front office staff. They understood how important timing is for me with two kids, and they were so patient while helping me find appointment times that worked for both of them. It made such a difference. Overall, Delta Smile has been a great experience for our family, and I’m grateful for the care and kindness they’ve shown my kids.

They are great with kids. I used Delta smiles over Covid, for my ortho needs and now my kids are starting their adventure into orthodontics. Gals at the front dest and so sweet and helpful, all dr’s are friendly and amazing, their assistants are great too. Eddy today put on my daughter’s expander and was super helpful in helping explain how it works and the dos and don’ts.

The entire experience for my son has been phenomenal! Clean office, professional and friendly staff. The appointments have been very flexible and accommodating. My son especially enjoys Edy who has been knowledgeable and supportive of the treatment plan. Definitely satisfied with Delta Smiles!!

My daughter recently became a patient at Delta smiles when we were referred by our dentist to start her orthodontic journey. We were both a little anxious and unsure of what the process was going to look like. However, from my daughter‘s consultation to her most recent visit having her first expander installed, the team has been amazing. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming and has made my daughter feel very comfortable, even when the aftermath for the first few days after the spacers and then expander were installed isn’t comfortable. We were so fortunate to have Eddy on our last visit when her expander was installed. He talked us both through the entire process and let my daughter ask as many questions as she needed before he actually glued it in. He let her play with the mold they had made of her mouth (which she thought was so cool) and made the whole process seem exciting to her. It’s reassuring and comforting to be able to sit there during her appointment and have everything explained and be sent home with detailed instructions for questions that might arise later. Eddy even went above and beyond and sent my daughter a note in the mail with some stickers to check on her and see how she was feeling after installation and to remind her about proper brushing with the Appliance! We are looking forward to working with the entire Delta Smiles team over the next couple of years during my daughter‘s phase 1 process.

I have been waiting and researching where to get braces for my son for over year and we are so thankful to have found such a wonderful office. Being a ortho/dental assistant myself, it was important to me to find an office that staff employment longevity was a must. This shows assistants have the skill and experience, AND that they are happy with where they work and are taken good care of which all will reflect on the care of my son.
