Delta Smiles treats Clayton patients from our Antioch office at 2390 Country Hills Dr, Ste 101. It’s about 15 miles and a 28-minute drive via Kirker Pass Road, and we’d rather tell you that up front than let you discover it in the car.
We’re an orthodontic specialty practice with two doctors and two East County offices. The first exam is complimentary and no referral is needed. Some Clayton families are glad to make the drive and some aren’t. Either call is reasonable, and we’ll say so.
The scenic route is Marsh Creek Road east out of Clayton, over the shoulder of Mount Diablo and down into Brentwood, then north on the Highway 4 Bypass toward Antioch. The faster route in traffic is usually Kirker Pass Road north to Highway 4, then east to the Lone Tree Way exit. Either way, budget close to half an hour.

Free parking outside; the building is shared, so look for Suite 101.
Because of the distance, we try to make each Clayton visit count: longer appointment slots where a case allows it, siblings scheduled back to back, and aligner patients moved onto the longest safe interval between check-ins.
Dr. Brent Sexton and Dr. Tiffany Louie are passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve healthy, confident smiles through personalized orthodontic care.
Combining advanced training, modern treatment techniques, and a patient-first approach, our doctors take the time to understand your goals and create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. Our team will review your insurance benefits and work with you to create a financial plan that feels comfortable and manageable.
A specialty practice, not a general one. Dr. Brent Sexton and Dr. Tiffany Louie each spent years in orthodontic residency after dental school and have limited their work to it ever since. Neither takes general dentistry appointments, so the whole working week goes into moving teeth and guiding jaws.
Fewer visits, planned deliberately. Digital 3D scanning replaces impression putty, treatment is mapped out in advance instead of adjusted week to week, and aligner patients in particular come in less often than braces patients. For a family half an hour out, appointment count matters as much as appointment length. Our technology.
A review record you can actually read. 791 Google reviews across our two offices: 618 in Brentwood at 5.0 stars and 173 in Antioch at 4.9. Many of them name a specific person on our team, which tells you more than the average does. Read them.
Straight answers about cost. The exam is free and you leave knowing the full fee. No-interest in-house payment plans, $0 down for many families, and we’re in network with Delta Dental. Insurance and financing.

Here are answers to some common questions from patients in Clayton exploring orthodontic care.
About 15 miles and 28 minutes to our Antioch office, over Marsh Creek Road or via Kirker Pass. It’s the longest drive time of any community we serve, and we’d rather you knew before booking than after.
We’re not aware of an orthodontic specialty practice inside the town limits, and we don’t have an office there either: Clayton patients are treated at our Antioch office.
Yes. We hold after-school slots for students, and for families coming this far we schedule around the drive, not around our own convenience.
Honestly, that depends on your case. For straightforward treatment with a good local option available, maybe not. For a complex case, a second opinion, or a family that wants two specialists looking at the same problem, plenty of Clayton patients decide it is. Come to the free exam, hear what we’d recommend, and make the call with real information.
Call (925) 754-3197 or request an appointment. We’ll confirm a time that fits the drive, and the visit itself takes about an hour.
