Your first visit at Delta Smiles is complimentary, and you don’t need a referral from a dentist to book it. Fill out the form below and someone from our team will call you back to confirm a time. Most first exams are scheduled within a week or two.

What the First Visit Includes
About an hour, at whichever office you choose:
- A full orthodontic exam with one of our doctors
- Digital scans and imaging where they’re needed for a diagnosis
- A plain explanation of what we found and whether treatment is warranted
- If it is, the recommended plan, a realistic timeline, and the total cost
- A benefits check if you bring your insurance information
There’s no charge for any of it and no expectation that you start. If your child is fine, we’ll say so and see you in a year.
Before You Come In
Bring your insurance card or member details if you have coverage, and any recent X-rays or records from another practice. Filling in your new patient forms in advance saves ten minutes in the waiting room.

Both are open Monday through Thursday 8:30 to 5:00 and Friday 8:30 to 4:30, and both are closed on weekends. The same two doctors and the same treatment options are available at either, so pick whichever is easier to reach.
